Lava Prowatch X smartwatch launched in India with up to 10 days of battery life

Lava’s accessory brand Prowatch on Friday (February 14, 2025) launched the Prowatch X smartwatch in India with ability to monitor body energy, heart rate variability (HRV) and VO₂ Max.

The Lava’s Prowatch X has a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with 500 nits brightness and 30 Hz refresh rate. The always-on display display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The watch offers more than 110 customisable watch faces.

Prowatch X supports 110+ sports modes, activities from yoga to HIIT, and runners can also access six structured courses. It also tracks sleep stages and daytime naps. SpO₂ monitoring is available in both manual and continuous modes.

Lava has used a dual-core advanced actions ATD3085C chipset in Prowatch X. It can be paired with with Bluetooth 5.3 and above, for calling. It is compatible with both iOS and Android.

The Prowatch X claims up to 10 days battery backup on regular use, and 17 hours on GPS. It features an inbuilt GPS for tracking and a 6-axis motion sensors for accuracy.

The smartwatch is IP68-rated for water resistance, with up to 1.5 meters underwater submersion for 30 minutes.

Prowatch X also offers features like Find My Watch & Find My Phone, women’s health tracking, quick replies, event reminders, and a pomodoro timer. It also includes air quality index (AQI) monitoring, gesture controls, a world clock and stopwatch with lap tracking.

Lava’s Prowatch X has been priced at ₹4,499. The smartwatch will be available for pre-order from today till February 18. Open sale begins on February 21, on Flipkart. It will come in three strap options—Silicone, Nylon, and Metal—paired with a sleek Cosmic Grey core.
